XE Falcon<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The XE Falcon would be the last car Falcon for 8 years to be available with a V8 engine<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The XE Falcon was the number one selling car in Australia\nfor all of the years that it was in production<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During production the XE was the only \u2018full size\u2019 car\nmanufactured in Australia with Holden opting to build a \u2018mid size\u2019 car and\nChrysler pulling out all together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The XE falcon was the first Falcon to use coil spring rear\nsuspension. Wagons and utes used leaves<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the run, Ford was the only car company with an\nAustralian designed and built car<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The XE provided a much quitter, smoother and more refined\nride than any previous Falcon model<\/p>\n\n\n\n
